Rising Regina
Experience the Magic of Folk Rock
Experience the Magic of Folk Rock

Rising Regina is a Pennsylvania-based folk-rock band known for its rich harmonies, heartfelt songwriting, and high-energy performances. Formed in 2007 by sisters Kiki and Jessie Young alongside longtime friend Richie Kulbacki, the band quickly developed a reputation for blending American roots traditions—folk, blues, bluegrass, Celtic, and rock—into a sound uniquely their own. Their debut album, Travel Lightly (2010), showcased their signature three-part vocals and lyrical storytelling, earning critical praise and a loyal regional following. Over the years, Rising Regina has shared stages with acts like The Clarks, Enter the Haggis, and American Authors, solidifying their presence in the folk-rock scene.
After stepping back in 2016 to focus on family, the band is reuniting in 2025 with new live performances, including a highly anticipated return show at Big Rail Brewing. With a mix of haunting harmonies, soulful arrangements, and a spirit of community, Rising Regina continues to captivate audiences with music that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
Rising Regina will keep performing a few times a year and regularly shares upcoming show dates. Follow on social media for updates.
